When attending emergency repairs we charge an hourly rate, this starts when we do, so you are never charged for our time before we start work.

• Fast and Efficient Service

We aim to reach our customers as quickly as possible. Your calls are returned promptly and any site visits are arranged at your convienience.

• Repair or Replace External Pipework

We will always advice the customer which is the most efficient option. We are able to repair or replace most water services, as well as laying new services where applicable.

• No -Dig Moling Techniques Used*

Our special equipment allows us to tunnel underground instead of digging open trenches. Not only is this a quicker and more efficient method of working, but this technique allows us to work underneath driveways, gardens and even buildings without the need to dig, causing far less disruption and mess to the customer

We are happy to work with your insurance company where you are making a claim. This includes dealing direct for authorisation and providing your insurance company with a full report.
